Inspiring Best Practices for Equitable and Sustainable Land Use:
•Managed a wide range of real estate and economic development initiatives throughout the Baltimore region,
•Coordinating infrastructure improvements surrounding Stadium Square in South Baltimore
•Served as project manager for the approval of the City’s largest
TIF ($660 Million) for the redevelopment of Port Covington
Leading to Solve Community and Real Estate Challenges:
•Created a pilot program to improve the exteriors of industrial buildings in the Carroll-Camden industrial park.
•Supervised a team of economic development officers to initiate the redevelopment of nine city-owned properties through an RFP process and subsequent negotiations with private-sector entities.
Serves as a board member for LaSalle University’s Alumni Association. He is also a great Baltimore tour guide and the most patient and loving husband and Dada.
