Mount Saint Joseph Alum Receives Leadership Award

Congratulations to Patrick Terranova ’07, of Mount Saint Joseph High School, for receiving the Urban Land Institute’s Baltimore Leadership Award! Check out some of his achievements from ULI’s post:

Connecting Members:

•An active ULI member for over eight years

•Served as chair for ULI’s North America Young Leaders Exchange Host Committee

•Former Chair of ULI Baltimore’s Young Leaders Group

Inspiring Best Practices for Equitable and Sustainable Land Use:

•Managed a wide range of real estate and economic development initiatives throughout the Baltimore region,

•Coordinating infrastructure improvements surrounding Stadium Square in South Baltimore

•Served as project manager for the approval of the City’s largest

TIF ($660 Million) for the redevelopment of Port Covington

Leading to Solve Community and Real Estate Challenges:

•Created a pilot program to improve the exteriors of industrial buildings in the Carroll-Camden industrial park.

•Supervised a team of economic development officers to initiate the redevelopment of nine city-owned properties through an RFP process and subsequent negotiations with private-sector entities.

Serves as a board member for LaSalle University’s Alumni Association. He is also a great Baltimore tour guide and the most patient and loving husband and Dada.
