XBSS Students’ Summer Activities
Summer is fast approaching and all thirteen XBSS Schools are sending their 2017 graduating classes off to make their mark on the world. However, just because summer is here doesn’t mean that current XBSS students have any intention of slowing down. Some students will be going on service trips, such as visiting and working with an orphanage in Jamaica while learning about agriculture and sustainable farming. Others will be traveling to Appalachia to work on various building projects. Students will also be attending retreats throughout the summer, which will focus on leadership, service, and reflecting on relationships with God and others. Some students will even be attending a spiritual pilgrimage to Italy, where they will visit important sites and have a papal audience. We wish all of our class of 2017 students well as they embark on a new chapter in their lives, and we wish our current students a blessed summer of service and reflection.
